Bedok CC 18 Mar 2014 - 21 Mar 2014 15:00 - 16:30 Let's Parkour workshop is meant to allow participant to learn a few basic techniques to experience how parkour is a practical and functional fitness for their everyday life. This course sets them on their journey into the world of a free running & parkour and attain Smooth Movements Across Random Terrains - SMART.	Hougang CC 18 March 2014 - Lets Parkour workshop 2pm - 5pm, Basketball Court Parkour can expect to learn 2 basic techniques to kick start their journey into the world of a free running and experience how parkour is a practical and functional fitness for their everyday life.	Esplande Dance Fest Sept 2013 Parkour 1 Sep 2013, Sun, 4pm Esplanade Rehearsal Studio Discover the joy of movement and fall in love with dance through the festival's Footwork workshops. Conducted by professional instructors, these basic workshops are designed for youth, adults and senior citizens with little or no experience in dance.
SingTel From June 2013 Singtel have listed A2 Movements - parkour training, as one of it staff sponsored enrichment programs.	Canadian International School A2 Movements conducted a parkour workshop for Canadian International School (grade 10) students at Lakeside park & Chinese Garden over 4 days in May 2013 Students were taught basic parkour techniques in balancing, landing etc which they found the sessions to be challenging, but very enjoyable.	ITE East College - Simei A2 Movements conducted a parkour workshop in ITE East College - Simei on Jan 2013 Students were taught basic parkour techniques to be better exposed to the art of movement
Fajar Sec A2 Movements conducted a parkour workshop in Fajar secondary school in collaboration with Ephebeia Services on 16 - 24 Oct 2012 Students were taught parkour techniques and philosophy to learn to face and manage their fears.	New Town Sec Oct 2012 A2 Movements collaborated with the Youth Without Borders team & paid a visit to New Town Secondary School. Various performances & workshops including parkour were held on that day. There was even a live SMS to wall screen during the discussion, this was definitely one of the highlights in the calendar of the students..
