As part of the organisation's mission to spread the discipline of Le Parkour and Free Running to the public, ADAM 2.0 have put together a set of curriculums for interested participants to engage in lessons that instructs them in proper techniques, origins, philosophy of Le Parkour that they may be better equip with a set of movements which they can utilise in their daily lives and live out the ideology to overcome life's challenges. 

 Parkour Training for Kids is meant to inculcate in younger practitioners the techniques as well as the fundamental principles and attributes of parkour. It caters for young people between the ages of 5-13 years old. 

Through these classes, Kids will learn to break fall, become fitter, master their movements & be imparted values that will instill confidence, leadership & creative problem solving skills in them.

All kids love to jump around. Let your child to discover the fun and joy of move as they learn to navigate the environment.

Instructors are:
ADAPT (Parkour Instructor certification - UK parkour)
NCAP (National Coaching Accreditation Programme - Singapore sports council),
First Aid trained

By the end of the course, students should demostrate S.M.A.R.T - Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain, with control, good technique, fluidity in motion as they traverse through a selected environment of the instructor's choice. Life transformation is also a desired outcome in students that they might plan S.M.A.R.T.E.R goals- in the construction of plans in their life.
