Parkour can be a dangerous activity. There are inherent risks in any physical activity, and Parkour is no exception. ADAM 2.0 Parkour wishes its members, and viewers to practice safely within the boundaries of their own capabilities.

ADAM 2.0 exist to educate potential traceurs and curious enthusiasts in the art and discipline of Parkour. By doing so, we seek to reduce the chances of blue collar crime through education, coaching and instruction.
