As part of the organisation's mission to spread the discipline of Le Parkour and Free Running to the public, ADAM 2.0 have put together a set of curriculums for interested participants to engage in lessons that instructs them in proper techniques, origins, philosophy of Le Parkour that they may be better equip with a set of movements which they can utilise in their daily lives and live out the ideology to overcome life's challenges. 

    ​The ladies parkour trainings is generally made up of roughly 5-10 ladies students with experience varying from absolute beginners upwards. ​

Whatever your level, the class will be tailored to you to expand your range of motin! The atmosphere is really friendly and supportive with different activities to work on in every class. If you come on your own don't worry you'll be part of the group immediately.

Ages are welcome!

Each class is 90 minutes long and follows a broad structure of warm-up, technical training, strength conditioning and warm-down, although the specifics will vary every week. ​

Instructors are:
ADAPT (Parkour Instructor certification - UK parkour)
NCAP (National Coaching Accreditation Programme - Singapore sports council),
First Aid trained

By the end of the course, students should demostrate S.M.A.R.T - Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain, with control, good technique, fluidity in motion as they traverse through a selected environment of the instructor's choice. Life transformation is also a desired outcome in students that they might plan S.M.A.R.T.E.R goals- in the construction of plans in their life.
