ABOUT

As part of the organisation's mission to spread the discipline of Le Parkour and Free Running to the public, ADAM 2.0 have put together a set of curriculums for interested participants to engage in lessons that instructs them in proper techniques, origins, philosophy of Le Parkour that they may be better equip with a set of movements which they can utilise in their daily lives and live out the ideology to overcome life's challenges. 

In responses to our student's constant travels and uprooting to another country or simply have a busy schedule to upkeep.

We have decided to launch our online coaching program.

These sessions is meant to allow our students aboard to keep training and connected to our community.

How it works:

1) First text will be a list of 3 techniques that you like to work on.

2) Will advise type of environment that you could train with.

3) Every sequence lesson will consist of a 30 second video of technical progression and text of 1 additional technique that you like to work on.

4) Each video should have 3 different technique compiled together.

5) keep each video sent than 30 seconds unless specified otherwise 

6) Response video will be text/ voice message/ example video on how to improve &/ thing to do ahead.

Instructors are:
ADAPT (Parkour Instructor certification - UK parkour)
NCAP (National Coaching Accreditation Programme - Singapore sports council),
First Aid trained

By the end of the course, students should demostrate S.M.A.R.T - Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain, with control, good technique, fluidity in motion as they traverse through a selected environment of the instructor's choice. Life transformation is also a desired outcome in students that they might plan S.M.A.R.T.E.R goals- in the construction of plans in their life.
